In-Process Control – Three-Level Quality Inspection
First Article Triple Inspection: operator self-inspection → team leader re-inspection → QC final inspection. Only after all three sign off on the First Article Inspection Report can batch production begin. Process Patrol Inspection:key dimensions are checked every 1 hour. Any abnormal trend is detected early and corrected by immediate machine adjustment. Special Inspection for Critical Operations:dedicated inspection plans are set up for deep cavities, thin walls, precision fits, and other critical or sensitive features.

A: No. Samples are produced using the same brand of machines, the same batch of tooling, and the same NC programs as mass production, completely eliminating the “great samples, poor mass production”problem.
