A: No. Samples are produced using the same brand of machines, the same batch of tooling, and the same NC programs as mass production, completely eliminating the “great samples, poor mass production”problem.
A: Yes! Every batch comes with a Final Inspection Report that includes complete data such as critical dimensions, surface quality, and material test results. You can request these reports at any time. If you have special inspection requirements, we can discuss them in advance and customize an inspection plan for you.
